TOGGO is a children's app, which is intended for the whole family, including parents, kids, and grandparents. In the free version, you can watch free kids' TV, play free kids' games, listen to free music, read free books, and surf the web. There is also a separate section for kids from 2 to 6 years of age.
TOGGO is intended for parents, who can decide what their kids watch and play. The parents can block any program they don't like, and also delete or hide any program they want to. If a parent wants to set the time for their kid's watch, they can do that too.
If you're over 6 years old, you can use TOGGO independently and choose what you want to see.
